You're here because you want the full picture before committing. Good. Read everything below — then decide.
The Problem
Why You Keep Starting Over
You're not lazy. You're not undisciplined. You've proven you can start things — you've done it dozens of times. The problem is finishing.
Somewhere between day 3 and day 14, the novelty wears off. Life pushes back. The goal that felt urgent last week now feels optional. You tell yourself you'll restart Monday. You don't.
This isn't a willpower problem. It's a structure problem. When there are no stakes, no one watching, and no external pressure — quitting is costless. So you quit.
The most consistent people in the world don't have more willpower. They have better systems and people around them who expect results.
The Shift
Before & After
Without accountability
❌ Scattered
A million ideas, zero follow-through
❌ Stuck in the cycle
Starting strong, fading fast, restarting again
❌ Eroding self-trust
Every fail → negative self-view
❌ Doing it alone
No one noticing when you disappear
❌ Negotiating constantly
"Just this once" becomes every time
With the cohort
✅ Focused
Clear priorities, daily action, real progress
✅ Building momentum
Showing up even when you don't feel like it
✅ Restoring self-trust
You do what you say you'll do
✅ Supported by your Tribe
People who notice, who care, who call you out
✅ New identity forming
You're becoming someone who follows through
The Solution
A Small Group With Real Stakes
The 21-Day Focus Challenge is a structured accountability sprint. Not a course. Not a coaching program. Not a mastermind with dozens of strangers.
It's a tight cohort of 10–12 people who all commit publicly, track visibly, and face real consequences if they don't follow through.
The timeline is fixed. The structure is simple. The expectations are clear from day one. Three weeks is long enough to build momentum and short enough to stay focused.
The Process
How It Works — In Detail
01
Onboarding Call
Before the challenge starts, you get a 1-on-1 call with Thierry. You'll clarify your goals, set your consequence (the thing you'll have to do if you don't complete the challenge), and make sure you're set up for success. This isn't optional — it's how you show up with intention instead of drifting in on day one.
02
Commit Publicly
On day one, you post your goals and your consequence to the group WhatsApp. No vague intentions — specific, measurable commitments. The group sees everything. This is the moment it gets real. When others know what you're doing and what you're risking, the psychological stakes go up significantly.
03
Daily Tracking
Every day, you post your check-in to the group. Did you do it? Yes or no. 30 seconds. Everyone sees. There's no hiding a missed day. No "I'll catch up tomorrow." The daily visibility is what makes this work — light enough to not be a burden, present enough to matter.
04
Weekly Live Calls
Three calls over the 21 days — week 1, week 2, week 3. Video on. Everyone present. You share wins, obstacles, and what you're adjusting. Thierry facilitates and personally checks in on each person. These calls are where the community forms. Most cohort members stay in touch long after the 21 days end.
05
The Consequence System
Before day one, you choose your consequence. It needs to be something you genuinely don't want — a donation, a public admission, a payment. Something real.
Miss once: Redemption 1 — 24 hours to make it up. Miss twice: Redemption 2 — one more chance. Miss three times: You execute your consequence. No exceptions. No renegotiating.
Deeper dives
Anything daily and specific — habits (exercise, meditation, reading), projects (write every day, make sales calls), creative work, health goals, business tasks. Up to 3 goals. We clarify these on your onboarding call to make sure they're achievable and measurable.
You choose before day one. It needs to be something you genuinely don't want to do. Past examples: donating to a cause you oppose, posting a public confession, cold showers for a week. The group holds you to it. This isn't about punishment — it's about making quitting as costly as continuing.
Each call runs 60–90 minutes. Video on. Each person shares their wins from the week, any obstacles they hit, and what they're adjusting. Thierry facilitates and checks in on each person. It's part accountability meeting, part community call. Most cohort members say these calls are their favourite part.

The Real Outcome
What Really Changes
The goal isn't just to complete a habit for 21 days. The goal is to stop being someone who starts things and start being someone who finishes them.
That shift in identity is what the challenge actually produces. When you close the loop — when you do the 21 days and hold your commitment — you prove something to yourself that no course or book can give you.
From
"I'll start when I'm ready." "I'll try harder this time." "Maybe next month."
To
"I said I'd do it. I did it." The kind of person who follows through.

My Story
Hi, I'm Thierry. I've been running accountability challenges since 2022, after watching people — smart, motivated, capable people — fail over and over at goals they genuinely cared about. Not because they lacked desire, but because they lacked structure.
I started the first cohort with 6 friends. We set goals, committed publicly, and held each other to them. The results surprised me. People accomplished things in 21 days that had been sitting on their list for years.
That cohort became another. Then another. Each one refined the structure — tighter timelines, clearer consequences, smaller groups for tighter accountability. What you're looking at now is the version that works.

Fitness, Discipline & Overcoming the Inner Nice Guy
"Being accountable to the group was instrumental for me in achieving my goal and succeeding in practicing my daily disciplines. Through the process, my self-talk changed from chastising to self-love, acceptance and respect. I also shared my experience with my family which resulted in deeper relationships as well as meaningful discussions around their and our hopes and dreams. Thanks, Thierry, I look forward to the next one!"
Mitch
★★★★★
Consistent Meditation Practice
"It was so great to find a group of likeminded individuals that are so open to helping and supporting others, while also staying strong in their goal. It's always easier to complete a difficult task while having the support of others — and this group defined that perfectly. I had a great 21 days with Thierry leading us weekly!"
You get two redemptions. Miss once — 24 hours to make it up (Redemption 1). Miss twice — one more chance (Redemption 2). Miss three times, you execute your consequence. No exceptions. This is what makes the challenge real.
Anything daily and specific — habits, projects, creative work, health goals. Up to 3 goals. We clarify these on your onboarding call to make sure they're achievable and measurable.
Daily check-ins take 30 seconds. Three weekly calls are roughly 60–90 minutes each. The onboarding call is 30–45 minutes. Beyond that, you're just doing your goals.
Yes. Calls are at 6:30pm Medellín / 7:30pm EST. If your timezone makes this impossible, reach out before applying — we'll work something out or point you to a future cohort.
The challenge ends. You keep whatever you built. Many cohort members stay in contact and some join future rounds with new goals. There's no upsell, no mandatory continuation.
Complete all 21 days, attend all calls, post every check-in — then if you genuinely got no value, email Thierry and you'll get every dollar back. If you drop out or don't complete the challenge, no refund.

Complete all 21 days. Attend all three weekly calls. Post every daily check-in. Hold up your end of the deal.
If after all of that you genuinely got no value — email Thierry and you'll get every dollar back.
The guarantee exists because the challenge works when you do. It's not a safety net for people who don't show up — it's a confidence signal for people who will.
